Account deletion

You can request deletion from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or via the web deletion flow.

Delete account

• Profile, preferences and access credentials will be deleted or anonymized except where law requires retention.
• We may retain records required by law (billing, disputes, fraud prevention) for applicable periods.
• The process may take up to 30 business days after confirmation.
